Lionel is a specialist in oil and gas offshore and onshore. Initially, Lionel began his career as a young graduate engineer in nuclear activity. Over the last 35 years, he has worked in Africa, Middle East, Far East, and USA on major offshore projects.
His experience has allowed him to develop specific skills managing training and working on complicated structures. In 1995-2017, he was involved in major projects in Angola. Lionel has decided to go back to Senegal in 2017, where he was born and raised, to share his expertise moving himself into CEO position for Oil Senegal Support Services to support the local Oil 'n Gas activities. Following to the Success of O3S, he decided to grow the activities in Cote d'Ivoire with the creation of Oil Cote d'Ivoire Support Services to benefit from the Local content Law and share his knowledge in a country where Pil & Gas production is New.

With more than sixteen years of experience in the finance sector, offering extensive expertise with bank inspection, complex audits, portfolio management and financing analysis and coordination in France and United States. Pieter is a highly experienced hands-on professional in the arena of Engineering in private sector and Operation Management in Oil n Gas sector, with over 16 years of technical expertise, moving into more senior managerial roles for 7 years. Working in areas including Manufacturing, Fabrication, Offshore Works, Water Treatment & Desalination and Fuel / Energy Systems, he is a broadly knowledgeable, multi-skilled management role-player.
Pieter employs sound team leadership and strategic operational planning & control proficiencies, to best manage day-to-day company productivity. Pieter spent 5 years in Ghana helping to establish the oil 'n gas activities for Takoradi Port, as well as promoting the local content and structure, and through this mindset joined Oil Cote d'Ivoire Support Services to dedicate his knowledge towards the success of our company.
